Our company, Desrosiers Builders, Inc., was founded by Albert A. Desrosiers in 1954. Now, owned and operated by his son, Rene Desrosiers, the tradition of building quality homes continues. We have built many quality, single family, multifamily and condominium developments throughout the central Maine area. Some of these developments are listed below:

As the owner of Desrosiers's Builders Inc., I am proud to offer you a quality built home. Heartland Estates II, the newest development, has been approved for over 100 single, stand-alone condominiums with custom designed floor plans. All homes are single level with either a 4 ft. frost wall and slab or a full basement. Each home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen area as well as an office or hobby room, laundry and an attached garage. Enjoy the outdoor space on your front porch or back patio. A monthly fee covers building maintenance lawn care, snow removal and insurance on the building.
